The Final joins the most recent edition of After Dark Horrorfest: 8 Films to Die For® Lineup

Los Angeles, CA (November 13, 2009) — After Dark Films CEO Courtney Solomon has announced that After Dark has acquired the teen revenge thriller The Final after inking a deal with Agora Entertainment. The film is the sixth title to be included in After Dark’s latest installment of Horrorfest: 8 Films to Die For. Joey Stewart makes his directorial debut working from a script written by Jason Kabolati. The film stars Marc Donato (Degrassi: The Next Generation), Jascha Washington, Whitney Hoy, Lindsay Seidel and Justin Arnold. Jason Kabolati of Agora Entertainment produced while Edward Lewis Von Hohn and Bill Randle served as executive producers on the film.

As the old saying goes, "There's no such thing as bad publicity".  After seeing our trailer and one of our posters for 'The Final', one Screen Rant user had this to say.

There are very valid points argued on both sides of the discussion, but at the end of the day, 'The Final' is what it is... A horror movie, which is meant to both scare, and entertain.

We would like to invite you to be a part of our Film Actors Lab beginning the 17th of November.  The Film Actors Lab is an exciting new element of Agora Entertainment that will give you the tools you need to become a major competitor in the entertainment industry.  We focus on auditioning for camera, including execution and preparation.

On screen etiquette is another crucial tool taught in the Film Actors Lab.  The course is taught by industry professionals and each week guest speakers from casting agents to film directors will give you inside information to help hone your skills.  Every Agora actor or actress brings a unique presence and energy to the class.  Agora Film Actors Lab will focus on identifying, polishing and presenting your marketable qualities.

After over 6 million hits online, the video for the hit song "Ice Cream Paint Job" from Dallas' Dorrough Music has been nominated for 3 BET awards including Best Hip-Hop Video.  Agora produced the video for Dorrough in April 2009 along with the video for his other hit "Walk That Walk".  Agora is proud to have a part in the success of a homegrown artist and continues to strive for excellence in music video production.
